STEP #1: Kill recent apps iPhone: To kill an app running in the background or force it to quit, double-click on the Home button to access the new app switcher or multitasking tray and then swipe up on the app that you want to close. You can close multiple apps (up to 3 apps) at a time using multiple fingers.
STEP #2: Restart your iPhone (soft or hard reset).
STEP #3: Delete and re-install any apps that repeatedly give you problems.
STEP #4: If you’re jailbroken with a number tweaks running on your iPhone or iPad, try removing them, then re-adding them one at a time to find the source of any issues.
STEP #5: Update your iPhone to the latest firmware. Plug your device into power and connect to the Internet with Wi-Fi. Tap Settings > General > Software Update. Tap Download and Install. If a message asks to temporarily remove apps because iOS needs more space for the update, tap Continue or Cancel.
STEP #6: Restore your iPhone as new. You’ll need to re-install everything on your iPhone or iPad on your own. Last step if anything else is not working.
