  1. Go to Settings app on your iOS devices like  iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 6, 6 plus or iPad.
  2. In the second step Open Touch ID & Passcode tab.
  3. It will ask you to enter your iOS device passcode, enter the passcode when prompted in order to move further.
  4. Scroll down and Go to > Allow Access When Locked Tab.
  5. Under Allow Access When Locked Tab turn Off the options for Today and Notifications View.

Now you will not be able to see any notifications on your iOS device screen when it is locked. you can always turn on Notification Center on your iPhone or iPad Lock screen.
