How to turn off your iPhone if your On/Off button doesn’t work
Use Assistive touch to turn off iPhone 7, iPhone 6, iPhone 5S or iPad, if your iPhone Power button or Lock button is not working or broken. Just follow the below steps to Turn off your iPhone using Assistive touch if Power buttons are not working or broken:
STEP #1: Open Settings on your iPhone 7, iPhone 6, iPhone 5S or iPad.
STEP #2: Then General.
STEP #3: Then Accessibility.
STEP #4: Now Tap AssistiveTouch under Interaction.
STEP #5: Now turn on AssistiveTouch.
STEP #6: You will see a small rounded rectangle on your iPhone 7, iPhone 6, iPhone 5S or iPad screen.
STEP #7: Tap the AssistiveTouch icon to launch it.
STEP #8: Now Tap Device.
STEP #9: Tap and hold Lock Screen until the slide to power off prompt displays.
STEP #10: Slide to power off.
