Fix “iPhone is Disabled. Connect to iTunes”
Now, if your iPhone 4 or iPhone 5S or other iOS device is disabled and you see a message iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes to reset and unlock your disabled iPhone 4 or iPhone 5S. Now, you have three options:
