- SOFTWARE\
- microsoft \

- CurrentVersion \
- Themes
Then you must create a new custom key, and it create a new DWORD value called “AppsUseLightTheme” and let its value as zero (0).
Then go to the “Themes” folder you will find when browsing these folders, in order:

- Themes
