Following are the two ways to get your iPhone contacts onto your Windows phone:

Outlook Method and
Excel Method.

METHOD 1: Using Outlook

In the first step – Connect your iPhone to your PC,
Then start your iTunes app on your PC.
Click the Info tab, make sure the Sync Contacts with checkbox is ticked, then click Outlook in the list.
Now you have to Choose All contacts or Selected groups, then click Apply.
If you use Outlook with Exchange, your iPhone will sync with iTunes and your contacts will be imported into your Exchange account.

METHOD 2: Using Excel spreadsheet

Go to the App Store on your iPhone,
Then install an app that lets you save your iPhone contacts as an Excel spreadsheet.
Download and install any.
Follow the app’s instructions to save your contacts to your computer as an Excel spreadsheet. Most apps should then let you email the file to yourself.
On your computer, open the spreadsheet and save it as a CSV file.
Go to your contact list on Outlook.com and sign in with the Microsoft account you use on your phone.
Under Add people to your contact list, click Import from file, then follow the instructions to import the CSV file.
