In the data usage tab of windows 10 you can see how much data you have used on your PC. This tab will give you an overview of Data usage from last 30 days. It will show you Wifi and ethernet usage. And you can also see which app or software is using more data. This feature will definitely benefit tablet users.

Here, you can add a VPN by clicking Add a VPN connection (you’ll be able to designate VPN provider, connection name, server name/address and sign-in information).

Windows 10 Proxy Settings
